The Role
The Sales Manager is responsible for the day-to-day development, performance, and output of OTTO SPORT AI's AE team. This is a hands-on, in-the-trenches role—you love closing deals, and you love helping people get better.
What You'll Do
- Own rep development end-to-end—from onboarding through continuous skill-building
- Run structured deal coaching: call shadows, reviews, and deal inspection sessions
- Lead weekly pipeline and forecast reviews that drive accountability
- Provide active deal support on complex, high-stakes opportunities
- Partner with GTM leadership on enablement priorities and hiring
What You Bring
- 5+ years of quota-carrying AE experience in B2B SaaS
- 1–3+ years of sales management or formal coaching experience
- Fluency in consultative sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC)
- Strong pipeline management instincts and high emotional intelligence
